Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with the client to understand their Needs and detailed business requirements, and will be responsible for solutionizing the full-fledged solution to meet theirs requirements.
• Manage External Stakeholder communications with High Impact communication skills.
• Ensure Ownership of complete technical Salesforce features such as Customizations, Integrations, AppExchange products.
• Should be responsible for Designing and managing the delivery of the Implementation
• Lead the overall solution Architecture of Salesforce Implementations and contribute with Solution design decisions.
• Take care of Technical responsibility at all phases of software development process to ensure compliance with application development standards and achievement of documented requirements.
• Guide the team with technical expertise in the requirements analysis phase and provide best solution.
• Should have solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development of Salesforce.com products.
• Should follow and prepare bestsecurity, data migration, testing approaches for the Salesforce implementations.
• Should guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support, bringing value-add to the customer.
